News for the week

The Blog is a little late this week!

Blame the writer for having to set up a new internet service.

The trunk show is an opportunity to share the word about the value of art quilting.

This does not mean that those looking at our trunk need to be art quilters, or have a desire join SAQA. It is really like throwing a rock into a pool of water and starting ripple. That expanding energy is important to building the place an art quilt has in larger world of fine arts.

If you belong to group that would like to look and hold some great art; write me!

SAQA Member and artist extraordinaire Carol Waugh will be speaking at the  Colorado Quilting Council  on October 25, at the First United Methodist Church,  420 N Nevada Ave, Colorado Springs, CO.Her talk is called”How Did I Get Here From There ? “
