Above and Beyond: Call for Entry Opens October 1st!
Above and Beyond is at a premiere gallery at the Lakewood Cultural Center. The show will be open for entries in October.
We strongly encourage every member in our region to consider an entry.

What Inspires You?
Rocky Mountain Quilt Museum invited quilters to celebrate the museum’s 25th anniversary by making a 25-inch square quilt. See 50 + entries. This exhibit celebrates the spark of inspiration and showcases the many talents of the RMQM quilting community. Many will be available in an online auction for you to own.

“The Kaffe Fassett lecture is designed to inspire and motivate. The presentation highlights works from his latest projects, including his patchwork quilt, fabric, needlepoint, mosaic, painting and knitting designs. Seating is limited. Hanging work dimensionally is the subject of an interactive workshop Regina Benson is giving on Saturday, September 26, at 11-2pm at Ice Cube Gallery in Denver. She will cover the design and construction issues surrounding dimensional presentation and you will have an opportunity to see the visual impact that your own work might have in these altered states. If you are in the area, please stop by, mingle with other artists and experiment.
This is a free event sponsored by the Mountains States Region of the International SAQA (www.SAQA.com) organization as a service to their members and an invite to the general public to come and learn a little more about the compelling ways fiber can be presented. Visitors can bring their own textile, art quilt, fiber and paper works to experiment with onsite at the gallery. If you are in the Denver area, please stop by, mingle with other artist and experiment.
