Seeing Red – April 2017 News

When the latest issue of the SAQA Journal showed up in my mail box, I was excited to sit down and read all the articles and enjoy the eye candy.

I was really delighted to see that two of our Region’s artists had work including in the “center fold”

And – Speaking of Congratulations…

Several of our regional members had their work accepted into this year’s Sacred Threads.  All three states in our region are represented.  Terrific accomplishment!

To everyone, Well Done.

Someone able to leap tall buildings in a single bound, walk through walls and fly –

In short, we’re looking for someone to be a “Super Hero” and help us make the Colorado/Utah/Wyoming region be even better than it is.

We need someone that is interested in learning even more about SAQA, making connections with other SAQA members and to helping us with our future goals.

In our March blog posting, we talked about the goals we have for hosting more shows – including a show in both Utah and Wyoming, and for making regional meetings on line through ZOOM a reality.

There are only two qualifications for this job:  being an active SAQA member, and have an interest in helping us grow.

Would you like to come and help us?

Contact Mary Louise at and she can answer your questions and get you started.  Thank you.
